Join me online for 75 minutes dedicated to your physical, mental, emotional, and spiritual health. I will offer you asana, pranayama, mudra, savasana, and meditation within the class based on the foundational principles of Ayurvedic and energy medicine. These classes are based in the spiritual wisdom of love, acceptance and empowerment.
You will establish a focused intention for your health and life and delve into the experiential aspects of working with the flow of energy through your system. We will establish a sacred container for the power of your intention to be supported and amplified during this class.
Every class has a unique theme and is created for all-levels. Please listen to your body and inner guidance above and beyond all else.

Yoga for Self-Healing
Learn how to engage in your yoga practice as a healing modality, opposed to just being something that is good for your physical body. Learn how to harness the power of prana through attention and intention to heal yourself as you practice.
AYURVEDIC YOGA FOR GROUNDING AND BALANCING
In this class you will be guided through asana, pranayama, savasana, and meditation to invigorate and balance. Focus is made on pacifying vata (air and ether elements), do decrease fear, anxiety, overwhelm, and instability.

Celebrating the Divine Feminine
This class will focus on connecting to the feminine aspects of our nature: being receptive, increasing intuition, living from the heart, and honouring our body’s sacred wisdom.
Connecting To Your Inner Guidance Through Yoga
This class will focus on integrating your body-mind with the energy of All That Is. Through mindful movements and aligned intention you will be guided through a class that reconnects you to your intuition, subtle body, and inner strength.
Embracing Wholeness
This class focuses on embodied wholeness. In other words; moment to moment mindfulness of the brilliance that you are as you move through the landscape of your moving body-breath-mind. The true yoking or union of your Higher Self with your little me self will offer you the experience of your Divine perfection here and now. From this space healing and peace are possible.
Healing the Root Chakra
This class will focus on bringing energy to mooladhara chakra, the root or base chakra. If this energy centre is out of balance, you will not feel grounded or stable but be easily overwhelmed and anxious. The root chakra is connected to your sense of security, tribe, and connection to yourself and others. Some common symptoms of a root chakra imbalance are: fatigue, fear, low back pain, problems with your hands/ feet, depression, anxiety, constipation, adrenal fatigue and so on. This class will leave you feeling grounded, relaxed, and connected to your body and breath.
Healing the Throat Chakra
This class focuses on bringing energy to vishuddhi chakra, the area of the throat. This is our energy centre connected to expression and communication. It’s important to maintain a healthy throat chakra, otherwise emotional energy gets stuck here and leads to imbalance. This can be as benign as always getting a sore throat when you get sick, to thyroid problems, headaches, jaw pain, and not being able to express your truth.
Healing While Moving
This class focuses on working with a particular mantra to infuse the physical, mental, emotional, and energy bodies with a healing energetic signature. This class ends with a ThetaHealing energy healing to support you in clearing away subconscious limiting beliefs and leave you feeling feeling optimal.
Opening the Heart-space to Cultivate Resiliency
This class will focus on opening and clearing stagnant energy from anahata chakra. The heart centre is connected to the lungs and to the collective grief that is being carried at this time. This class will offer you space to expand, strengthen and open the heart and lungs; physically, emotionally, and energetically.
Healing the Heart Chakra
This class focuses on bringing awareness to anahata chakra, the 4th chakra. When there is imbalance here this may be experienced as grief, broken heartedness, immune depletion, high/ low blood pressure, lung issues, and a lack of forgiveness. In this practice we will tap into the quality of ease, lightness, and living with a peace-filled and expanded heart presence.
Healing the Sacral Chakra
This class will bring focus and awareness to swadhistana chakra, the 2nd chakra. When there is imbalance here this may be experienced as low back pain, relationship issues, wrist/ hip/ ankle troubles, sexual challenges, a disconnect from your sensuality, financial troubles, and repressed subconscious emotions. In this practice we will tap into the quality of fluidity, ease, and grace to clear the channels that have become stagnant, creating rigidity, lack of creativity, and fear.
Healing the Solar Plexus Chakra
This class brings balance and healing to manipura chakra, the 3rd chakra. Located at the navel, or solar plexus, this chakra is connected to our power (or lack of), identity, passion, and mojo. When there is imbalance here this may be experienced as: digestive troubles, being overly controlling or rigid, feeling like a victim, anxiety, ulcer, low self-esteem/ lack of confidence and anger. In this practice we will tap into the feeling of a harmonious manipura chakra-leaving you feeling centred, inspired, bright, and motivated.
