Neuroscience is now proving what yogis have known for thousands of years: that our thoughts affect our reality and experience of life. Knowing this theoretically is not enough, so come explore how to use yoga and mindfulness to rewire your brain to overcome its negativity bias. In this workshop you will learn how to increase your capacity for more positive thoughts and feelings; increase energy; improve the quality of your sleep; and shift your thought habits to bring improved states of health, wealth, and happiness. Melanie used this very process to heal from the most horrendous life experience and will share with you how to do the same, no matter what challenges you face in life.

Students will leave knowing how to integrate practices for embodying all the tools and materials, including: abdominal breathing, nadi shodhana, SO HUM meditation, working with sankalpa and gratitude journaling.
