This 4 day retreat is designed to support you in your experience of self nurturance, self love, and your ability to access your higher self and inner guidance.
If you’re feeling lack in any area of your life: time, money, health, relationships, self-worth, or energy, then this retreat will serve you very well!
You will leave feeling more aligned with your true self and refreshed as you will have shed so much conditioning and limiting beliefs that leave you feeling exhausted, like you’re running on a hamster wheel, or simply not living the life that you truly want to be living.
This Sacred Abundance Retreat is rooted in the foundation of connecting with the energy of creation/ nature to reminded you of who you truly are in order to return to your life with more energy, enthusiasm, connection, healthy boundaries, self-worth, and immense gratitude.
Throughout these 4 days you will learn paradigm shifting tools and techniques to literally shift your relationship with scarcity and lack to one of divine flow, receiving, and true abundance.
I will guide you through experiences of yoga, meditation, energy healing, journalling and Ayurvedic self care practices so that you leave with a sense of self that feels more connected, uplifted, energized and restored.

This retreat will be balanced with nourishing Ayurvedic yoga, delicious homemade vegetarian meals, energy healing, and time to rest and explore the sacred grounds of the Salt Spring Yoga Centre.
My intention is to offer you a weekend that will soothe and nourish you on every level of your being—a time to regulate your nervous system and connect with the deeper calling of your heart.

All rooms have a shared bathroom.
All prices include accommodation, all 8 meals, workshop tuition and taxes.
To register and secure your space in the retreat, you will need to make a non-refundable deposit.
Transportation to Salt Spring island is not included in the retreat price.

The Venue – Salt Spring Centre Of Yoga
How do I get to the Centre?
Directions on the Salt Spring Centre’s Getting Here page. If you’re wanting to carpool, let me know at the time of registration (either offering a ride/ needing a ride).
What are the guest rooms like?
The rooms are cozy with comfortable beds and linens. Private rooms have 1 twin bed; shared rooms have 2-3 twin beds, depending on the room.
All rooms have shared washrooms on the same floor.
What time is check in and check out?
Check in is at 3:00pm on Friday. There will be an optional Yoga Nidra session at 5:30pm on Friday, followed by dinner at 6pm.
Check out is at 11:00am on Monday and the program will conclude at noon.
What is provided at the Centre?
Yoga mats and props are provided (though you may prefer to bring your own yoga mat).
Indoor accommodation includes all linens and towels. Soap, shampoo, conditioner are provided in the indoor facilities.
Campers will have access to hot outdoors showers equipped with soap.
What should I bring?
Please bring personal toiletries, comfortable clothing, and an alarm clock. There are no outdoor shoes inside, so feel free to bring slippers. A water bottle and/or travel mug is also a good idea.
Yoga props, including mats are provided though some guests prefer to bring their own.
If you plan to walk the beautiful 1.7km trail on the property, consider the appropriate shoes for the weather. Wet conditions will make the trail muddy.
What should I expect regarding the food served at the Centre?
The Centre has a reputation for high-quality, nutritious, well-balanced, and tasty cuisine.
Our diet is lacto-vegetarian, which does not include meat, fish or eggs.
While gluten-free and dairy-free/vegan options are available at all meals, those with serious food allergies should consult with us before registering.
Where possible, most of our produce comes directly from our organic farm.
There is a tea bar in the dining room with hot water, high quality tea and coffee substitutes.
We do not serve coffee.
What are your cancellation policies?
A non-refundable $500 deposit is required at the time of your booking.
The balance for your retreat is due March 26th.
After April 15th no refunds of your balance will be granted.
