Join me online for 75 minutes dedicated to your physical, mental, emotional, and spiritual health. I will offer you asana, pranayama, mudra, savasana, and meditation within the class based on the foundational principles of Ayurvedic and energy medicine. These classes are based in the spiritual wisdom of love, acceptance and empowerment.

You will establish a focused intention for your health and life and delve into the experiential aspects of working with the flow of energy through your system. We will establish a sacred container for the power of your intention to be supported and amplified during this class.

Classes are currently every Thursday. Each class has a different theme. All levels are welcome.

The next class is: Thursday Aug 6th @ 9-10:15am Pacific Time (Vancouver/ LA).

The theme of the next class is:  Letting Go and Letting Be

This practice will be based in presence-the only place that healing occurs. When we let go of the conditioned mind and habitual responses we liberate dormant energy and return to our most natural state. Join me in a space of being and discover peace, joy, and ease.

All are welcome. A replay will be sent to you if you can’t make it live.

You will need a good wifi connection to access the live class.

If you can’t make it live you may register and will receive a link to the recording of the class to use indefinitely. All registered students will receive an email from me within 48 hours with a link to the replay class to use as often as they like.

PLEASE NOTE: You will only receive the Zoom link 1 hour prior to the yoga class. If you don’t see it in your inbox by 8am PT on the day of the class, please look in your junk/ spam folder (or whitelist m@madhurimethod.com to ensure you receive the class details). To receive the link to join the live class you will need to register at least 1 hour prior to the live class.
