It may not feel like you have chosen what’s happened to you, but I guarantee you get to choose what you do with your pain and adversity. Whatever you’re suffering over isn’t as important as what it opens within you, who it makes you become.

Join Ayurvedic consultant, yoga teacher trainer and author, Melanie Phillips for an exploration using ancient Ayurvedic medicine coupled with modern neuroscience to develop a strong foundation of resiliency for body, mind, and spirit. Understand how the state of your nervous system and subconscious beliefs may be keeping you sick, stuck, or suffering unnecessarily and preventing you from living the most vibrant, expansive, and joy-filled life possible.

On Friday night, join in a conversation to guide you through your journey of loss and learn how to develop a foundation of resiliency, no matter where you’re at in your life. Please bring a journal and pen.

On Saturday, we’ll dive deeper into practical tools from Ayurveda and neuroscience to help support you through challenging times and expand your capacity for happiness and great health. It will include physical practice (gentle yoga, meditation, and pranayama) and tools around cultivating resiliency.

All levels and abilities welcome.

Friday only: $30 before January 25th/$40 after
Saturday only: $60 before January 26th/$70 after
