Melanie will share Ancient Ayurvedic Wisdom (the sister science to yoga):

  • to enliven and balance your yoga practice
  • which foods to eat that will leave you feeling vibrant throughout the fall/ winter
  • share the most important tastes to be eating for the season
  • aromatherapy and colours that will keep you at your healthiest and most spirited version of yourself in the fall and winter


She will guide you through a relaxing vata (air+ether) reducing asana, pranayama and meditation practice designed to rejuvenate, replenish and restore your entire being.


Natural health tips and tools to prepare you for the holiday hoopla will be given so you can stay healthy and content during the season.

*Wear comfortable clothes for the yoga practice and bring a notebook for the lecture part of the workshop. All levels welcome.
