• enliven your yoga practice with asana, pranayama, and meditation
• teach you what foods to eat that will leave you feeling vibrant throughout the winter season and holidays
• share the most important tastes to be eating for the winter season
• guide you in aromatherapy and colours that will keep you at your healthiest and most spirited version of yourself this season


Wear comfortable clothes for the yoga practice and bring a notebook for the lecture part of the workshop. All levels welcome.


Melanie Phillips (BFA, E-RYT, CAS) is a certified Clinical Ayurvedic Specialist with advanced training under the direction of Dr. Vasant Lad, one of the leading pioneers of Ayurvedic Medicine in North America.  Having immersed herself in ashram living and study at the Bihar School of Yoga of India, and having taught for more than 15 years, Melanie’s embodiment of ayurveda, yoga, and a multitude of energy modalities has earned her excellence in leadership, teaching and mentorship for those seeking a way home to their intuitive and brilliant nature.
