Ayurvedic Yoga & Nutrition For A Healthy Summer – July 8th, Victoria, B.C. @ 1-3pm

Come cool your jets, soothe your mind, and calm your inner summer fire!  Melanie will share Ayurvedic wisdom (the sister science to Yoga) in relation to your Yoga practice and then guide you through a pitta (fire) reducing asana, pranayama and meditation practice, designed to cool the flames of pitta and reduce excess heat, irritability, anger and stress during the summertime.

Learn which foods, tastes, aromatherapy and colours are recommended to keep you balanced and healthy this summer and in preparation for the fall.
