Spring is here! It’s the perfect time to re-energize and clear away stagnation and toxins that have accumulated over the winter. Melanie will share Ayurvedic wisdom (the sister science to yoga) in relation to your Yoga practice, foods, tastes, self-care, aromatherapy and colours that are recommended to keep you balanced during the spring. She will guide you through a kapha (earth and water dosha) pacifying asana, pranayama and meditation practice designed to invigorate, ignite, and harmonize your being during this season.
