- Recognize how to structure your yoga practice or classes with the 5 Elements as a basis.
- Bring balance to your current physical, mental, or emotional state.
- Create a practice that regulates your pranic flow and nervous system, opposed to aggravating it.
- And so much more I will offer you from my 20+ years of yoga teaching experience.
