Ayurvedic Yoga Practice for Summer
Come cool your jets, soothe your mind, and calm your inner Summer fire! I will share Ayurvedic wisdom (the sister science to Yoga) in relation to a balancing yoga practice for the summer. You will be guided through a Pitta pacifying asana, pranayama, chanting, and meditation practice, designed to cool the flames of pitta and reduce excess heat, irritability, anger and stress during the summertime.
