In this Be The Light episode I riff on the importance of creating an environment for healing. My bias of course is the holistic approach, where all aspects that contribute to healing and thriving must be considered.
I suggest choosing one area of life that needs healing and looking at what type of environment is required to heal that aspect/ dynamic/ relationship.
Creating an environment for healing can range from the practical to the metaphysical. I invite you to reflect on what changes you can make in your life to create a supportive environment and invite healing in on all levels.
I’ve created an event to support you in creating an environment for healing to occur. Join me May 26-29th for the Sacred Abundance Yoga & Healing Retreat.
