I had a woman in my UNLEASHED Mentorship Program ask me this question recently and it felt like such a powerful enquiry that I wanted to share it with you.
Her question was:
“When thoughts pop up that may be disturbing I’m not sure how to deal with those. For example, I am very compassionate about the state with which animals are raised on factory farms. Seeing video feeds or thinking about them brings me great anxiety. I don’t want to be ignorant of what is happening in the world but at the same time I try to ignore those thoughts but that seems wrong somehow. Am I being ignorant if I try to create a reality in my world where that doesn’t exist? I know if that brings suffering I am disconnected from Source. I just don’t know how to bring balance in.”
