I contemplate death daily.
It is one of my greatest inspirations for living my life fully and with courage. Having lost one of the most important people in my life has opened my eyes beyond the theoretical idea of impermanence, change, and life giving us opportunities for growth, despite the darkness.
In this episode I share:
-Why I think about death everyday
-How I use impermanence as a catalyst for growth opposed to keeping me stuck in fear
-How I used spaghetti bolognaise to heal the shadow side of intolerance
-A blessing for growth and expansion
Until we can move beyond our programmed limiting beliefs we will be a slave to our subconscious mind. In the work that I do with clients this is the main focus; liberation from the afflictions in the mind-body. This is how we can heal and remember the truth of who we are.
Be the light,
Melanie

Very much appreciated and related to this podcast! The lingering residue of our programming and conditioning and the ceaseless activity of the mind that imprisons us when all we need to do is walk out into life. Especially liked ‘the shadow side of tolerance’ – a big part of my life to date. Namaste!
How wonderful this episode resonated with you! Keep on walking out into your life with grace, ease, and joy. Many blessings.
