I have watched other similar ones by you and made some lasting changes, such as tongue scraping, with a soup spoon that I keep in the bathroom with my toothbrush and has become such a simple part of my daily routine. Also, a glass of warm water first thing everyday has stuck. But other things that I initially started with, such as the san kalpa (sp?) intention and the oil massage have fallen away, and so I needed the reminder from today’s video to reintroduce them into my daily routine. Especially the oil massage, as I am very vata, and dealing with some nervous system/excessive wind/air health issues.
